What is Support Coordination?
Support coordination is a capacity building support to implement all supports in a participant's NDIS plan, including informal, mainstream, community and funded supports.
I4L offers Coordination of Support for NDIS participants with support coordination funding in their plans. Our Support Coordinators can support you with:
- Accessing the NDIS
- Understanding how to use your NDIS plan and the supports that may be available to you
- Linking with service providers
- Attending and preparing for NDIS plan reviews
- Using the MyPlace portal
- Build your capacity to navigate your NDIS plan independently
I4L Support Coordinators can also help link you with community, mainstream, and other government services.

I4L Support Coordinators are experts in the field and have extensive experience in the disability sector.
Our coordinators have a wealth of knowledge, with experience working within the National Disability Insurance Agency and Local Area Coordination program, as well as with other service providers.
We know that navigating the NDIS is not always easy, and that's where we come into help.

Upon receiving your enquiry, we will contact you to organise a meeting to discuss your support needs and begin our intake process.
