Being wrapped in community means that every child, young person, and team member is surrounded by care, connection, and a genuine sense of belonging. It reflects our belief that growth, healing, and safety don’t happen in isolation — they happen when people feel supported, valued, and part of something bigger than themselves.

From families and carers to mentors, practitioners, and peers, each connection plays a vital role in strengthening identity, safety, and belonging.
